"I came into the shop and I was helped right away but the person who cut my hair was very rushed and kinda did what I asked for. The thing that shocked me most was the fact that she cut my hair so quickly even though I was literally the only customer in there until I left. I wish that I had actually received the haircut that I asked for. When I came in I asked for a fade to a 3 and I got a 3 the whole way up. Then not to mention the woman cutting my hair then started talking about edibles (even though she was the manager). They were even talking about bringing so called edibles into work. To say the least I won’t be returning to this location again."

"I have gone to various sport clips many times over the years. This was the first time that I had been to this particular one. There was no line. They still wanted me to login on the computer. I tried to login for my haircut on the computer system and for some reason it was not accepting my information. I showed them that it was not working and yet they would not just take me back for my haircut, even though I was the only one in line. In the meantime, two customers walked in together and both signed in ahead of me on the other computer. They were given immediate service ahead of me even though I had clearly walked in first. I was offered no assistance when the computer login kept kicking me out. So, I left and went somewhere else with my business. Sometimes some good old fashioned customer service (instead of an impersonal computer) does wonders."

"Horrible haircut. Fade was choppy my kid looked like he had a helmet on. I had to fix it at home. If someone told me i had to spend 15 on a haircut that ihad to fix at home i would have just saved my money."
