I received a haircut from Letty after making a few slightly out of the norm requests (start the fade low, taper to 1, etc.). She knocked the ball out of the park, somehow understood precisely what I was describing and delivered flawlessly. Letty is the perfect blend of chat but not annoy, and I can't speak highly enough of her cutting skills. I will definitely be relying upon her services again in the future. Great work, Letty!

I went in for a haircut and had my hair right below my eyes, I told her just a clean up on the top, make it look clean. She took almost three inches off the top. To me that isn’t just a clean up? Not only did she go way to short but the whole front of my head is uneven. The right side of my hair is touching my eyebrow and the left side is touching the middle of my forehead. I don’t understand how it can be so uneven and get it so wrong. I do not remember her name.

Denise H has been taking care of me for years. Always professional and a great cut. Recently I hit her with “Let’s try it longer. She asked a few questions, told me her idea and WOW! (She even offered that if I did not like it, she would cut it to the usual short length for free <I would never do that..> Frankly, I have never had a bad experience at the Nampa store. I get lazy and chose “first available” sometimes when I am pressed for time…..but Denise is my favorite among a team of superstars.
